Positions We Fill
Washington Household and Estate Management LLC currently fills the twelve positions listed here but will consider requests to fill any domestic household need.
ESTATE MANAGERS
Estate Managers are the senior manager and point of contact for the owner or principal. They manage all staff and necessary services, multiple properties as needed, and all financial aspects of property maintenance.
PROPERTY MANAGERS
Property Managers are your “boots on the ground” for all exterior aspects of an estate.
FAMILY MANAGERS
Family Managers are responsible for every resident, guest, and pet.
HOUSE MANAGERS
House Managers are responsible for the management of everything related to the operation of the household.
PERSONAL ASSISTANTS
Personal Assistants act as the “right hand” of one principal.
NANNIES
Nannies provide care and enrichment for the children.
CHIEFS OF STAFF
A Chief of Staff is the ultimate Personal/Executive Assistant or leader and manager of a large staff. Highly experienced, savvy and resourceful, the Chief of Staff is able to manage multiple homes, complex renovations, asset acquisitions and various business/board interests. As leader of the residence and coordinator of staff, the COS provides a buffer between the Principal and staff, acts as advisor to the Principal, and works behind the scenes to solve problems, mediate disputes and deal with issues.
BUTLERS
Butlers are responsible for ensuring a smooth household operation for the principals and guests, typically also supervising other household staff.
HEADS OF HOUSEKEEPING
The Head of Housekeeping is responsible for overseeing housekeeping staff and every aspect of the interior of the home, including laundry management.
DOMESTIC COUPLES
Domestic Couples are staff who live on-site and perform required household duties that might be performed separately by Butlers and Housekeepers.
PRIVATE CHEFS
Our Private Chefs take care of all dining services for a household or estate and can be retained on a live-in basis if desired.
COMPANION CHAUFFEURS
Our Companion Chauffeurs manage scheduling, transportation, and logistics of personal and business travel.
IN-HOME PET SITTING
Our In-Home Pet Sitting services involve professionals who care for pets comprehensively within the setting of a household or estate.
